This page describes what happens to information you send us through this website. It is written to be read rather than to be defensible.
The enquiry form
If you complete the enquiry form we receive your name, your email address, the organisation you entered if you entered one, the room type you selected and your message. That is stored in this site’s database so that we can reply to you, and it is emailed to the studio. We keep enquiries for two years, and then delete them. We do not add enquirers to any mailing list, because we do not operate one.
What the site records automatically
The web server keeps standard access logs — the requesting address, the page requested, the time, and the browser’s own description of itself — for thirty days, for security and for diagnosing faults. There is no analytics service on this site, no advertising network, and no third-party script of any kind. Nothing is loaded from another domain, so nothing you do here is visible to anyone but us.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies for visitors. WordPress sets session cookies for logged-in editors of the site; if you are not an editor, none are set.
Comments
Where comments are open on a journal entry, WordPress stores the name, email address and content you submit, along with the submitting address, and this is retained indefinitely so that follow-up replies can be recognised automatically.
Your rights and how to use them
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and we will do so within thirty days. Write to the studio email address on the contact page. There is no form to complete and no account to create.
